  • The EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (together, "GDPR").

6.1. Google Analytics

Our Site uses Google Analytics to understand Site traffic and usage. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and browsing actions. 6.2. Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build audiences for remarketing. Meta may track your actions on our Site and associate them with your Facebook or Instagram account. You can control how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

6.3. Remarketing & Behavioral Advertising

We engage in remarketing with Google Ads, Meta Custom Audiences, and similar services. These services use cookies and identifiers to show you ads based on your interests and past interactions with our Site. You may opt-out of interest-based advertising via:

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. However, under CCPA/CPRA, our use of advertising cookies may be considered a "share" or "sale" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt-out as described in Section 11.

We are based in the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. We rely on standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards for transfers of personal data from the EEA/UK to countries that have not been deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of data protection.

  • Request deletion of personal information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • Request that we limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information (if applicable);
  • Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights.

11.3. CalOPPA & Do Not Track

CalOPPA requires us to disclose how we respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. At this time, we do not respond to DNT browser settings because a uniform standard has not been adopted. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it as required by law.

13. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
